三天住下來很不錯，工作人員都非常友好熱情，我們有時往前台區坐下，立馬會送上熱水！早餐每一天都有換，品類對的起這價格，咖啡有吧枱按你要求給現做，很好喝！房間裝修也非常法式優雅，第一晚住了帶陽台的房間，雖然面積更大些，但比沒陽台的房間晚上要晚。每天都有送免費甜點，打掃的也很乾凈！缺點就是不知道為什麼房卡總是失效刷不開門，反覆去前台重置卡，感覺這套門禁系統有缺陷！其次就是隔音一般，街上不吵，有其它住戶很吵！

新開的酒店，地理位置挺不錯的，去哪兒都比較方便，距離纜車站走路15分鐘就可到，打車到市中心也很近5分鐘，到機場30分鐘，周圍也有好幾家不錯的咖啡店和餐廳走走就可。酒店可幫忙預訂接送機，價格對比了下和訂房網站接送機價格差不多。設施挺新的，看的出來衞生保潔也很認真和用心。每天2點-4點送下午茶，雖然品種不多但是洋薊茶挺好喝，走的時候買了2大袋。晚上還送點心3天不重樣，店家的這份用心讓人很暖心。服務員也都挺有服務意識，每次回去都會主動幫忙按電梯。早餐品種不算多但是少而精，住了三天也有部份菜品調整，特別是吃到了熱乎乎的雞絲粥，豬肉粥，很舒服，還有明檔的越南米粉味道也很不錯，超乎預期。總之從位置、衞生、服務、設施等方面都很滿意，連住三天性價比超高，強烈推薦。唯一不足的地方就是酒店隔音一般，樓上浴缸放水等聲音會比較響，另外據説床很硬但是我覺得正好。

My stay at this hotel was truly heartwarming. Hotel room is clean and cozy, calm atmosphere immediately made us feel at home. What impressed me most was the incredible hospitality- the hotel staffs were always so kind and attentive,even pressing the elevator button for us each time we returned to the hotel. Thoughtfully served hot tea whenever we sat in the lobby waiting for our driver. Such small gestures made us feel valued in the most genuine way. Combined with spotless room, delicious breakfast, afternoon tea and peaceful surroundings, this hotel is truly a gem I would love to return to.

New Boutique Hotel on a quaint corner 5 floors in total. V clean room & bathroom. Mattress is relatively hard. Request for a topper. There is a coffee machine in the room with also free bottled water, G7 coffee and tea. I didn’t try so I cannot comment on them. I like the breakfast buffet and dessert provided in the room. the 2-4pm tea is just hot tea and some pastries. Can skip as you can get better ones at cafe. Service by Ciang at Front Office was prompt and helpful in locating shops for me. A special mention is that the Front desk is at G level which is more like a basement and bringing your luggage down is difficult. However Ciang helped me to carry. Location is far from Dalat Night Mkt or GO supermarket on foot. However, Grab saves the day and is very wallet friendly for the 7-8 min drive. I will still be back!

Останавливались в этом отеле на две ночи. Приехали до указанного времени заселения. Нам предложили чай и сразу оформили проживание, ждать не пришлось. Весь персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Номер небольшой, но в нем есть все необходимое для проживания. В номере нас ждал комплимент в виде тарелки с фруктами. Также очень приятно было получить послеобеденный чай и чай на ночь. Служащий на ресепшене заботливо вызвал нам такси, когда это было необходимо. Обязательно вернёмся сюда еще.

저렴한 가격에 친절한 서비스, 조식까지 흠잡을데 없었습니다. 침대가 조금 딱딱하긴한데 토퍼 요청드리면 숙면에도 문제없구요. 나이트마켓에서 조금 거리가있지만 택시타면 금방이고 달랏의 분위기를 한껏 느낄 수 있는 조용한 분위기였습니다. 깨끗한 객실에 애프터눈 티까지 제공하니 부띠끄 호텔로 최고였습니다.

Красивый и чистый отель, услужливый персонал, готовый помочь во всем. Великолепный завтрак. Единственное, что удивило, это жёсткость матраса - он очень жёсткий. Впервые такой встречают. Но было много подушек, я ими обложилась, мне удобно спалось)

I had very high expectations but got quite irritated by front desk demanding to see my Visa. I told them that I entered legally and they are not immigration. This really bothered me as none of the hotels every asked such bureaucratic and annoying question. Worse than in China. Room 101 seems the worst, has a window with a curtain facing the public area and sure enough before 8 am some staff needed to clip dead leaves while I had no privacy. Mosquitoes disrupted my sleep as well as relentless guest noises from the elevator at 5am, poor sound insulation. Breakfast was outstanding with an incredible selection of culinary delights. Well done, The rest of the stay was absolutely wonderful, fruits and coffee machine in the modern and tastefully appointed room made up for some of the frustrations. Please stop the irritating visa question, it spoiled my mood considerably. I would have otherwise given a perfect score.
